Friday Favorites: March Week 2

 Hello!

Another Friday, more good weather, and the promise of a really fun weekend with our friends and my wonderful family. I feel very fortunate and grateful for these blessings.

Thank you to Andrea from Momfessionals and Erika from A Little Bit of Everything for hosting this sweet link party every Friday! πŸ’› This has really helped me on my gratitude goal and also on taking pictures of all these wonderful things to remember and love!

Here are some favorites from this past week:

1. Friday At Home Date

We are an active family for sure and so at home dates after the kids are calmed down for the night are a treat. Grant made me my favorite of spinach tortellini with the Trader Joe’s truffle Alfredo (seriously soooooo good) and roasted mixed tomatoes. πŸ˜‹

2. French Bloom non-alcoholic wine

I’m always interested in trying a good non-alcoholic option and so we bought this and were saving it for “someday”. We decided to enjoy this past weekend. It was delicious and, though a little pricey, was a very authentic taste without the buzz.

3. I finished a scarf!!!

I started this project a couple of years ago and kept putting it down. Then I decided to incorporate just two rows a day into my morning routine and realized how therapeutic knitting is for me and just went wild these past couple of weeks. Jamie has called dibs and so I’m now starting a hat for Arnis.

4. Pie Day

Grant stayed up until midnight Wednesday making pies for his work as they were having a pie day party. πŸ˜‚ My dreams that night we’re definitely spices with a delicious samosa pie flavor! So yummy!!! πŸ˜‹

5. Comfy clothes

My mother bought this for me so I would have something non-constricting as I was leaving the hospital but still warm enough for the dreary weather that week. I wore it to church this past weekend and this dress feels like a hug. It’s from target and I’m normally a small but we got it in the medium to give even more space so there wasn’t any pressure on my abdomen. Absolute win, feels like a giant soft t-shirt, and I will definitely wear this again.

That’s all for this week, I hope that yours is filled with love and that you get some pie today!!! πŸ₯° #3/14
