It’s snow day take 2 in Cincy and the boys just woke up as we had zero motivation to get up early when ever age temperatures are in the single digits to low teens and the roads are covered to the point that we will NOT drive anywhere today.


Last week we focused on decluttering some more things that we’ve been hanging onto for way too long including multiple car seats. Thankfully “the hub” is a wonderful place to recycle anything, like car seats or even styrofoam containers that have been rinsed out, that can’t be reused and would otherwise go into landfills. It was a $5 fee per car seat and we got a large portion of our basement back and had the peace of mind that they were going into a landfill. #winning!

Hello, I’m going to try to keep up with this concept/challenge/link-up (seriously I need to figure out how to do that properly) from Mixandmatcama.com and alittlebitofeverythingblog.com for this year. Mailing a letter or card once a month to a friend I don’t talk to regularly. I still love this concept and it’s fun to try to keep connected with a couple of my sweet friends in a way that feels more personal but still doesn’t add too much to an already busy schedule.
