Saturday Roll Up

Here are some highlight pictures from this week. I am looking forward to a year from now when I can look back at these and see this digital scrapbook essentially of our daily life. 🥰

This was a recommendation from Jamie’s OT to give him some visual predictability for Dad’s time away this month… needless to say it was erased in about 10 minutes and a snail drawing took its place. 😂






Sledding with the boys at my parents house was so much fun. Arnis is definitely my thrill seeker and Jamie wanted to snuggle into me as we went down and then went off to make snow angels and a snowman with Biddy. 🥰


Walking a reactive dog is a challenge, especially on ice, however Teddy is the biggest love bug and loves his one-on-one time with Mom when Dad is away. 

Arnis took this while FaceTiming with Dad. Grant reads to him through FaceTime when he is gone during the week and Arnis LOVES having individual time with Dad.

Crocky and Tiny made the school run with us one morning. 🤪


We decided not to have a dried anymore partially because the gas line was in a very inconvenient spot and it made me nervous and mostly because of the environmental impact. This means that I do a small load pretty much every day and we just hang things in the basement or outdoors when it’s nice. I love that this makes me slow down and the boys like to help or to have a dance party while doing it!

Grandpa and Biddy got him cake… the reaction was priceless. 😂


This video makes me laugh so hard… it is a perfect representation of life during our bedtime routine. 🤪

Friday Favorites: February week 3

 Hello! This has been quite the week, but there is so much to be grateful for. It’s going to get a bit deep and frankly I need to not process a lot for a little while and just focus on gratitude so that I can deal with the grief in my own way and time. Thank you to Andrea from  Momfessionals  and Erika from  A Little Bit of Everything  for hosting this sweet link party every Friday! 💛 This has really helped me on my gratitude goal and also on taking pictures of all these wonderful things to remember and love! Friday Favorites: February week 1

 Hello, It felt like this week was sprinting and I blinked and it’s already Friday. It’s going to be a really fun day with a Valentine’s Day dance for the boys at lunch today and I get to be one of the chaperones! My kids are little so I think we’re still in the stage of wanting mom around and I probably won’t do this when they get older so I’m going to soak in all the delighted hugs and excitement while we’re in this phase of parenting. 🥰 Here are some other favorites from this week though. If you have a child who has to take medicine regularly, finding a travel device that can store, cut, and crush pills is a game changer and I LOVE this  one.  I’ve bought it twice now so I carry one with me so we don’t miss a dose for him and I left one at the school as it’s the best all-in-one that I’ve found. 10/10 best gadget of the yea...
