Leo’s first day of school!

Hello!

This week was very big for Mr Leo as it was his first week of preschool! He kept asking last spring to go to school with Jamie and so this year we went for it and two days in we’re very happy.

He had his special breakfast Monday morning and we walked in together with Jamie and then my parents sent a special celebration dinner just for him that evening!

 Hey there! I'm Jess, a mom in Cincinnati Ohio, who is passionate about my family, doing my best to help the planet, and, hopefully, bringing a little positivity to the internet. Good News Thursday: Netflix Kids shows featuring conservation and ecological responsibility

 Good Morning! Both of my kids have about one to two hours of scheduled 'rest' time every day. This is my chance to do some chores that just aren't as safe or feasible with little helpers or frankly take a break myself so that I can remain patient and centered for them.  During this time, they can nap or look through books, we love I Spy, especially with letters or ocean animals, but sometimes when they're a little too excited and really need to be in separate rooms, I'll let Jamie watch a TV show while I'm trying to get Leo to sleep. (Leo just needs a little more than the average bear and while we've weaned off of 14-16 hours of sleep in a 24 hour period, he still needs minimum of 12 to be his happy self.) I've been pleasantly surprised to find that there are a lot of ecologically responsible kids shows on netflix and so here's a list of our favorites! 5.
